About GDKA

GDKA is an alliance that supports three key performance indicators to measure gender and other types of diversity.

The Gender and Diversity KPI Alliance (GDKA) is a group of DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) advocates, corporations, academics, and trade organizations that support the adoption and use of a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure gender and other types of diversity in their organizations.

GDKA was founded when Catalyst joined with Working Mother Media and other diversity advocates to promote a measurement standard. Lorraine Hariton, President and CEO of Catalyst, and Subha Barry, President of Working Mother Media, serve as co-chairs. The GDKA steering committee also includes Ascend, the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Equilar, Frost Included, Gender Fair, HACR, LEAP, and the Women’s Business Collaborative (WBC).

Accenture, Bank of America, Chevron, Deloitte, EY, Google, KPMG LLP, Pfizer, PwC, Uber, and Visa are among more than fifty companies joining GDKA to measure gender and diversity within their organizations.
