Integrating DEI into your Business Strategies, Goals and Metrics

Almost every business recognizes the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion. But to make progress, diversity needs to be measured. In this session hosted by Milwaukee Metro, we’ll hear from Catalyst – a global nonprofit working with some of the world’s most powerful CEOs and leading companies to build workplaces that work for women and people of color.

Stephanie Roldan, Director of Lean Culture with Rosendin, an employee-owned electrical contractor, will share her company’s journey and why they committed to the GDKA, and how they are applying measurement to their diversity efforts.

We’ll also get a local perspective from Rockwell’s Michele Matthai, Director – Culture of Inclusion & Diversity, on setting diversity, equity & inclusion business objectives. This past year, Rockwell instituted leadership behaviors to support the achievement of diversity targets.
